OM10 is highly toughened structural Low Tg resin for press and autoclave curing for the needs of structural parts used in Automotive Industry. OM10 prepreg cures at both Press and Autoclave with long out-life of 4 weeks at ambient temperature.

OM11, a resin structural Low Tg prepreg that specifically customized for fatigue resistance part production in Automotive Industry. OM11 prepreg materials can be curable with Autoclave and Press.

OM13 is a structural. It is translucent when cured.

OM15 is for visual applications. It is translucent when cured without any white washes. It is Low Tg , about 110 °C

Although the recommended curing method for Low Tg CM10 and Mid Tg CM11 Automotive cosmetic grade prepregs is press molding, Autoclave curing is an alternative method to cure method these systems with special caution.

Mid Tg EF10 and High Tg EF11 and EF12 resin systems are used to produce aviation grade structural prepregs. Optimized cure method for these resin systems is Autoclave molding.

EF 13 and EF 14 prepregs are compatible for vacuum-bag, platen press, and autoclave processes. For hard ballistic purposes, each customers should run some trials to establish their own proprietary processing conditions
