OM11, a resin structural Low Tg prepreg that specifically customized for fatigue resistance part production in Automotive Industry. OM11 prepreg materials can be curable with Autoclave and Press.

OM14, a fast curing Low Tg structural prepreg for press curing for the needs of structural parts used in Automotive Industry. Its short curing cycle and hot de-moldable nature are especially optimized for mass production at Automotive Industry with the addition of exceptionally long out life at room temperature. OM14 eliminates the need of Autoclave and Cold storage plus it is especially optimized for mass production. New resin system not only cures under 1-2 minutes at 150°C at press under isothermal curing conditions but also hot de-moldable and long out-life of one year at ambient temperature.

Low Tg CM10 and Mid Tg CM11 cosmetic grade prepregs are optimized isothermal fast press molding. CM11 resin is Mid Tg and its prepregs are suitable for hot painting, hot gluing and cataphoresis processes. New resin systems not only cures under 3 minutes at 150°C at press under isothermal curing conditions but also hot de-moldable and long out-life of two weeks at ambient temperature. These extreme conditions does not affect the visual Performance of prepreg systems with CM10 and CM11, capable of Class A Surface. Drapability is suitable for press molds and low to medium tack optimized for press curing

CM12 resin is Mid Tg, dicy-free fast cure, hot demoldable isothermal press curable resin system and it is suitable for sanding and metal composite hybrid part production. Performance of prepreg system with CM12, capable of Class A Surface. CM14 resin is Mid Tg fast cure press curable prepreg system which is also dicy free formulated against waterspot/whitespot problems. CM14 resin system is especially formulated for cosmetic grade visual carbon look. Drapability is suitable for press molds and low to medium tack optimized for press curing.

Mid Tg EF10 and High Tg EF11 and EF12 resin systems are used to produce aviation grade primary/secondary structural prepregs. These High damage tolerant and good impact resistance having resin systems are press curable.

EF 13 and EF 14 prepregs are compatible for vacuum-bag, platen press, and autoclave processes. For hard ballistic purposes, each customers should run some trials to establish their own proprietary processing conditions.
