Kordsa completed the acquisition process of the majority shares of Italian Microtex Composites. Cevdet Alemdar, the President of Sabancı Holding Industry Group & The Chairman of the Board of Directors at Kordsa said, “…Microtex Composites is a successful player in the luxury and EV market in Europe. With respect to the acquisition of Microtex Composites, which specializes in the weaving of carbon fiber and producing prepregs mainly for super-luxury automotive and motorsports, İbrahim Özgür Yıldırım Kordsa’s CEO said “Our acquisition of Microtex Composites in Europe marks a key step that will strengthen our operational capabilities and our role in the supply chain.”
